01How to request
To request an export or deletion of personal data held about you, email the support address with the subject “Data request” and enough detail to verify the account.
02Self-service removal
Your coach can archive a contact from your workspace at any time, which stops that contact's sequence immediately and hides it from active views. Archiving does not erase the underlying record on its own — for that, or for a full account export, use the request process above.
03How we handle it
We verify the request against the account email on file, then locate and act on the records tied to that account or workspace by hand. There is no automated self-serve export or full-deletion tool yet — requests are fulfilled directly by the team operating this deployment. Entries in the billing usage ledger are kept regardless, per the retention terms above.
