Terms of service

01The program
Access to this workspace is provided as part of a CareerLeap program and ends with it. Program terms, including billing, are agreed with CareerLeap separately — this workspace is invoiced through the program, not billed here directly.
02Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content sent from your connected accounts and for complying with each network's own terms and applicable law. Depending on your service model, some or all of that content may be written and sent by your coaching team on your behalf, from your own connected accounts — never from a shared sender. Coach or operator access to your workspace exists only where your program includes it, and is disclosed to you on the program page and inside the product.
03Limits
The workspace runs under the same daily and weekly send caps, and the same gradual connect ramp on newly connected LinkedIn accounts, that the underlying product enforces for every workspace. These are enforced by the engine itself, not just stated as policy — when a cap is reached the affected step holds and retries once the window rolls, rather than sending past it.
04Suspension
Sending can be halted at global, workspace, or channel scope. Some halts are automatic — repeated send failures on a connected account in a short window trip a circuit breaker that stops that channel until the underlying problem (commonly a disconnected or restricted account) is fixed. Other halts are applied by CareerLeap or by us, including while an issue with your program access is being resolved.
05No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee deliverability, acceptance rates, interviews, or offers. We do not guarantee that a connected account will never be restricted or limited by the network itself.
