01What we collect
Your account details (email, name), your workspace and membership records, the connected-channel identity for each LinkedIn or email account linked to your workspace (display name, connection status — not your password, which we never see), the contact records added to your workspace (name, title, company, location, LinkedIn profile data, email address), the notes and message templates your coach creates, the message content sent and received on your behalf, and the operational logs needed to run the service.
02How AI drafting uses your data
When AI-assisted drafting is used to help write a message, the contact and conversation context needed for that draft is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (a Llama model hosted on Cloudflare's own platform), not to a separate third-party AI vendor.
03Who can access it
Your CareerLeap coaching team can access your workspace as described on your program's page and shown in the workspace itself — access is scoped to your workspace, not to other clients'. Red Leg Dev, who builds and operates the underlying service on Cloudflare, can also access data to provide support and keep the service running; administrative actions of that kind are recorded in an audit log.
04Where it is stored
The service runs on Cloudflare Workers, with your data in a Cloudflare D1 database dedicated to this deployment. We don't specify a legal jurisdiction here — that's a question for the program terms, not this page.
05How long we keep it
Message content and the billing usage ledger are kept indefinitely — they are not automatically deleted. Queued/sent action records are kept about 13 months, and timeline events and admin audit logs about 24 months, then purged automatically. Short-lived items like sign-in codes and expired invites are purged within days. You can request deletion sooner through the data request page.
