Daily plan
Your coach knows where every account stands before the day starts
On a done-for-you program, your CareerLeap team reads the whole workspace each morning and writes the day's plan: who needs a follow-up, who's gone quiet, which reply needs your voice. Your coach approves the messages in your sequences before they're used, and every one-off message before it sends.
Every morning, before you start
What the pass actually does
Your whole workspace, worked every morning
Every active playbook, every thread waiting on a reply, everyone who's gone quiet: covered before your coach starts the day, not just whoever was loudest last time someone looked.
It only moves people the way you and your coach agreed
Who you're trying to reach, why they'd care, what should never be said: that's the standard you set together when you start. No brief, no plan. The account gets skipped, not guessed at.
Every suggestion comes with its reason
Start this person, pause that one, hand this one to your coach. Each item points at the exact thing in your workspace that justified it, so your coach is approving a reason they can check, not a black-box suggestion.
Wrong for one account, and the whole plan stops
Anything naming a person, playbook, or stage that doesn't actually exist gets thrown out. If one item fails, none of them run. A plan built on a misunderstanding is worse than no plan at all.
Your coach decides how far it goes
It is set per account, your coach can change it whenever needed, and every account starts switched off. Giving one a longer leash is a decision your coach makes on purpose, and it is recorded.
- Off
- Nothing runs. Nothing is read, nothing is spent. This is where every account starts.
- Plan only
- A plan arrives each morning for your coach to read. Nothing in the account changes. Most accounts should stay here until you've reviewed enough morning plans to trust the suggestions.
- Plan and act
- The plan is carried out too: playbooks started, paused, moved along. Your coach approves the messages in your sequences before they're used, and every one-off message before it sends.
The quiet contacts stop being the ones nobody got to
Past a certain size, a list does not get worked evenly. The loud threads take the morning and the rest wait for a day that never comes. A plan that is already written when your coach sits down is what changes that.
